1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website or ordering products from Ade's Jewelries & Scent through our website or via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us for clarification before proceeding with a purchase.

2. Products & Pricing

• Currency: All prices shown on our website are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• Product Representations: We make every effort to display true colors, sizes, and finishes of our jewelry, perfumes, perfume oils, watches, and sunglasses. However, actual colors may slightly vary due to individual screen settings or photo lighting.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices or promotional discounts at any time without prior notice. Confirmed orders with paid deposits will never be affected by price changes.
• Stock Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item sells out before your order is processed, we will promptly notify you and offer an immediate alternative or full refund.

3. Ordering & Payment Confirmation

Customers can place an order by selecting single products or adding items to their Shopping Bag and clicking Complete Order via WhatsApp.

• An order is considered confirmed once payment (or an agreed commitment deposit) is verified in our official Nigerian bank account.
• Please always verify that you are communicating directly with our official WhatsApp number: +234 704 277 2346.
• Never make payments to unauthorized third parties or unverified bank accounts.

4. Delivery & Courier Dispatch

We dispatch orders across Nigeria from our base in Ibadan:

• Ibadan & Southwest Deliveries: Usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours following order confirmation.
• Interstate Deliveries (All 36 States, including Lagos & Abuja): Delivered within 2 to 4 business days via reliable interstate courier logistics services.
• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's duty to provide an accurate delivery address, active contact phone number, and prompt availability to receive the package when the dispatch rider or courier arrives.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Our policies regarding returns, refunds, damaged items, or wrong deliveries are governed by our dedicated Refund & Return Policy. Please review that policy for complete information on reporting issues within 48 to 72 hours of package delivery.

6. Product Care & Proper Use

To maintain the brilliance and longevity of your jewelry and watches: avoid direct contact with harsh chemical detergents, bleach, or acidic household cleaners. For perfume oils and perfumes, store bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the fragrance potency.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of your purchases with us will be addressed amicably through our dedicated customer care channels.
